I waited almost two months to receive the package. I had to reach out to the company to find out what was going on. Apparently, I was told by the company that the package may have been misplaced or stolen. They said they were going to send out another one. Eventually, I received the package after waiting for a bit. Unfortunately, after the long wait, the item didn’t even fit my vehicle. Either they had the wrong description of the item on the website, or their manufacturer didn’t carefully build the item for the W213 class.

I’m very pleased with this radio in my daughter’s 2013 VW Beetle. I wanted her to have Apple CarPlay as well as a backup camera. And this radio provided both perfectly (I bought the backup camera separately, but the radio does have a backup camera input). The fact that the unit was designed for a VW makes it have a “stock” appearance. I’m very happy with this purchase.
